Mom would be proud - Romeo Beckham joins the fashion world when he became the face of Burberry

Romeo Beckham DAVID 10 year old son, is the new face of Burberry, was announced today.

The son of former England captain Beckham and Victoria was a British cast with the likes of Cara Delevigne in Fashion House Spring / Summer 2013 advertising campaign.

Romeo appears in a picture, smiling, holds an umbrella and balancing on one leg in a classic Burberry trench.

Burberry Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey describes Romeo as "a joy to work with."

He said: "Lights campaign this season with the infectious energy of a surprise casting young family, old and new Burberry Cara, Edie (Campbell), Charlotte (Wiggins), Charlie (France) and Alex (Dunstan) joined by Max. (Rendell) and Romeo, a joy to work with, and was really stole the show.

"We had lots of fun as shooting the campaign and I think that is in the pictures that reflect truly reflect the optimistic spirit of the collection."

Burberry, which is headquartered in London, was founded in 1856.

Romeo appeared on GQ Best Dressed "Men" list in 2011.
